This has cap cuff sleeves with button tab and dress has white piping on the neckline and shoulder tabs. Waistline has an elastic band. This great style was really popular in the mid to late 70's and this particular dress was purchased in 1978 by my sister. I have attached a family pic showing my sister wearing this exact dress. Dress is lined at the bodice and has a side slit.
